In 1994, when the Gulf Cooperation Council nations were emerging as global economic powerhouses, a visionary entrepreneur from India named K M Nazar — known affectionately as Nazar Nashco — planted the seeds of what would become one of the region's most diversified industrial conglomerates. Armed with nothing but determination, integrity, and an unwavering belief in the power of honest commerce, he established Nashco Group in the heart of the GCC.
What began as a modest trading enterprise in the bustling markets of the UAE has, over three decades, blossomed into a multi-national corporation spanning five countries and six distinct business divisions. From the precision-engineered plastic products rolling off the factory floor in Riyadh to the gleaming vehicles in the Max Car showrooms of Ajman, from the industrial chemicals warehoused in Oman to the logistics networks connecting Bahrain and India — every facet of Nashco Group bears the imprint of its founder's philosophy: that business must serve not just profit, but people.

The Beginning
Mr. K M Nazar (Nazar Nashco) establishes Nashco Group in the GCC, laying the foundation for a multi-industry conglomerate with a vision to bridge global trade across the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond.
Expansion into Trading
Nashco General Trading LLC is incorporated in Dubai and Ajman, UAE, expanding operations into industrial and consumer product trading across the Gulf region.
Automotive Division Launch
Nashco Max Car FZE is established in Ajman Free Zone, marking the group's entry into automotive trading — imports, exports, and sales of vehicles across the GCC.
Zahy Al Khaleej LLC
The trade division Zahy Al Khaleej LLC is founded in Oman, specializing in industrial chemicals, refrigeration gases (HFCs), auto spare parts, and used automotive trading.
Manufacturing Milestone
Nashco Plastic Factory is established in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, entering the manufacturing sector with production of high-quality plastic products.
Two Decades of Excellence
Nashco Group celebrates 20 years of operations spanning five countries, with a diversified portfolio across manufacturing, automotive, chemicals, and logistics.
International Expansion
Nashco International WLC is incorporated in Bahrain and Nashco ITL is established in India, creating a comprehensive trading and logistics network connecting the GCC with South Asia.
